Many of our customers received an account deactivation notice. This happened due to inadvertently deployed test code to our messaging platform.
To activate account back, you must have administrator rights.
- Go to Zendesk Support. Use the menu at the top right of the screen.
- Go to the "Admin" section.
- Go to the "Channels / Channel Integrations" section.
- Select integration from the list.
- Switch to the Accounts tab.
- In the drop-down list, select "Inactive accounts".
- Hover the mouse over the gear on the right and select "Activate".
