Issue Description: Instagram messages were not delivered it to Zendesk.
Cause: The DB migration was not applied to memory processes. So some processes were not able to send data to Zendesk whereas filter setup didn't alert monitoring.
Fixes: 09/05/2018 4:06 AM UTC we have deployed a fix. The system is operational.
Update in-memory processes. Modify error filters. Add additional alerts in monitoring software.
