Create a bot in Telegram

You can skip this step if you already have a Telegram bot. |
Connect to @BotFather bot in Telegram and press Start button
Type /newbot to register a new bot
Save the token - you will use it in LiveChat app configuration.
Setting up Telegramer App in Livechat
Find Telegramer app in LiveChat marketplace. Press Install.
Enter a name your company name and contact e-mail. Then paste the token you have received from the @BotFather
Press Save
Test your new integration
- Search for your bot name in Telegram
- Press start
- Send any message
- check that a new chat has started in LiveChat
- reply from LiveChat
