First, install application from Zendesk Marketplace. Next, go to the application settings: Support - Channel integration - Skyper.
Switch to Tab «Accounts» and press «Add account».
Fill all required fields and click "Create".
- Account name. Use meaningful names for account names. They can be used later to customize reporting and various rules
- Microsoft App ID (How to register a bot with Bot Service and get App ID)
- The password for App ID
- Grant permissions for application for using Zendesk API.
Use tags for each account to configure the routing of incoming requests.
If you leave your e-mail address, the system will notify you in case of problems with the configured integration.
Set the subject length and format. By default, the first client message is used as the subject of the request. If you apply these settings, then the topic will be added with a prefix [S] and the subject text is trimmed to the value specified as the «Ticket subject length».
Now it's really finished.
